Our service is unique to the traditional sales recruitment model, in that the fees we charge have an allotted portion which is dedicating to providing ongoing to support to the transitioning veteran.
We stay in touch with our placements for a minimum of 12 months after they begin with you, and continue to provide support for as long as needed beyond that.
This means that employers can be sure their new team member is being supported outside of their organisation, as well as from within.

Employment resources after discharge
As part of our support to veterans we have placed, we provide referrals to helpful resources through corporate partnerships. Some of these services are free of charge, or special offers made for DefTech placements. However some do incur a small fee on behalf of the individual.
Some of our corporate partnership referrals include:
-Discounts on certain private health insurance for obtaining a new policy, more than would normally be applied with a DVA card.
-Training programs to assist in the transition, before and after discharge.
These assist in preparing for interviews, resume writing, and knowing how to translate military qualifications into civilian qualifications.
The training also covers preparing for salary negotiation, and corporate culture outside of the ADF.
-Referrals to known veteran community groups, tailored to the individuals interests.
