Who we Are

Veterans, you served this country. Now let us serve you.

Deftech is here to help. We understand that for many, the transition from military to civilian is still not as easy as it could be. A survey of an excess of 300 veterans revealed that in spite of some improvements for veterans, the greater part of veterans feel that HR professionals don’t understand their military skills.
So it’s no surprise that veterans frequently search for employers with a solid track record of hiring veterans; this is to find employers more sympathetic and understanding of their personal circumstances and professional skills. Additionally, many vets search for companies with recruiters who are veterans themselves, or special veteran onboarding programs.

We hear you. That’s the reason DefTech offers a Skills Translator to match military skills to civilian jobs and a Transition that creates a custom agenda for service individuals planning to leave the military. We want to assist you with finding the companies that will understand you. We also want to recognize these organizations for the large steps they’ve taken toward veteran inclusiveness and make them examples for different employers. They share the expectation that it will someday be as easy for veterans to look for some kind of employment as it ought to be.

We match with companies committed to optimizing their veteran hiring stats, veteran retention rates, and veteran recruitment plans and practices. It is these characteristics, showed each day by our representatives, which mean DefTech can be trusted as an accomplice to empower, guarantee and secure your next role.
